Profile Images can be loaded from Skype from Business or from SharePoint user profiles or a direct path can be provided to employees’ facebook, twitter, Instagram accounts, whichever is available. It works automatically out of the box.
Presence information– You can see the presence of the employee from Office 365 Skype for Business. This helps ins knowing the status of the employee for the quick, call, chat or email. You can decide what information will be displayed by changing a user template. The User Directory comes with a user template editor which allows you to display any field from a user profile.

Departmental filter – Display employees only from a specified department.
Skill Filter – Displays employees only with specific skills.
Job Title – Displays employees with their job title.
Employee detailed Information – This displays user’s full details. You can locate user’s manager, assistant or direct reports and display their user profiles just by clicking on their names.
